Representatives Snyder and Van Winkle, bill sponsors, introduced House Bill 21-1013: Division of Domestic Stock Insurer.  The bill establishes a process for a Colorado domestic stock insurer to divide into two or more resulting insurers through a plan of division.  Amendment L.002 was provided to the committee (Attachment B).
