Senator Winter and Senator Jaquez Lewis, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Bill 22-1309, which allows a seven-day supply of drugs for prophylaxis of sexually transmitted infections to be dispensed to an emergency room patient who is a victim of sexual assault.
