Senators Gardner and Bridges , co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 22-1091 concerning the online availability of opinions issued by Colorado courts, and, in connection therewith, making an appropriation. 

Carrie Becker, representing self, testified in a neutral position on the bill.  She discussed current online availability of court documents and questioned the bill's necessity.
