to order. Representatives Garnett and Lynch, prime sponsors, presented,
for action only, HB 22-1326. The committee heard testimony on the bill
at its April 12 meeting. Representative Garnett explained the effect
of amendment L.023 (Attachment A). Representative Garnett responded
to questions regarding a 60 percent threshold for the amount of fentanyl
and associated compounds in a substance. Discussion ensued regarding
