Representative Gonzales-Gutierrez
and Representative Pelton, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Bill
22-1380, concerning creating comprehensive, statewide systems to provide
improved access to critical program services that support low-income households.
The bill requires and funds implementation of a new electronic benefit
management system in the Colorado Department of Human Services, as well
as programming updates for other electronic benefit systems. It also creates
a community food access program in the Department of Agriculture. |
