Senator Liston and Senator Ginal, bill sponsors, presented Senate Concurrent Resolution 22-002. Conditional on voter approval, the resolution increases the senior and veterans with a disability homestead property tax exemptions and allows seniors who qualify for the exemption to continue to claim it if they move.
