Representatives Herod and Hooton, co-prime sponsors, introduced House Bill 22-1356 concerning creation of the Small Community-Based Nonprofit Infrastructure Grant Program to provide assistance to nonprofit organizations that have been economically impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.  A handout was provided to committee members (Attachment A).
