Representatives Esgar and Catlin presented Senate Bill 22-192, Opportunities for Credential Attainment. The bill requires the development of stackable credential pathways, and provides funding for the adult education and literacy grant program in the Colorado Department of Education and nondegree credential programs at community colleges.
