Representative Gray, prime sponsor, presented House Bill 22-1119, concerning civil liability for presenting false claims for payment to the state. The committee heard testimony on the bill at its March 15 meeting. Representative Gray explained the effect of amendments L.002 (Attachment A) and L.003 (Attachment B).
