Representative Pico, co-prime bill sponsor, presented Senate Bill 22-143, concerning an update to terminology used to refer to the regulatory entity within the Department of Regulatory Agencies that regulates particular health-care professions.  The bill updates language in Article 30 of Title 12 C.R.S., which regulates health care occupations and professions, to refer to “regulators” instead of “boards.”
