Senator Smallwood, bill sponsor, presented House Bill 22-1227. The Work Force Advisory Group was established in 2012 to provide recommendations regarding healthcare professional licensure data. The Department of Regulatory Agencies’ Sunset Report determined that the advisory group has achieved its statutory purpose and has not met in several years, and recommends allowing it to repeal in statute.
