Concerning a transfer from the marijuana tax cash fund to the general fund.

Bill Summary:

On July 1, 2016, the state treasurer is required to transfer $26,277,661 from the marijuana tax cash fund to the general fund. A provision that reduces transfers from the general fund to the marijuana tax fund is repealed.
