County Coroners Reimbursement By Department Of Corrections

Concerning department of corrections reimbursements of expenses of county coroners, and, in connection therewith, making an appropriation.

The act directs the department of corrections (department) to reimburse a county for reasonable and necessary expenses of investigations and autopsies performed by the county coroner on persons in the custody of the department.

$32,175 is appropriated from the general fund to the department for the implementation of this act.
