Bill Summary

The bill provides an income tax credit to qualified Colorado businesses that meet certain criteria and retain a resident, apprentice, or individual in a construction industry pre-apprenticeship program or in a construction industry apprentice program. The credit is administered by the Colorado department of labor and employment.
