The Office of Legislative Legal Services produces a range of publications on a regular basis.

Colorado Revised Statutes

The Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.) are the codified general and permanent statutes of the Colorado General Assembly.

Session Laws

Immediately after the adjournment of each session, the Office of Legislative Legal Services indexes and publishes all the bills and concurrent resolutions passed at that session together with those resolutions and memorials designated for printing by the House of Representatives and the Senate.

Red Book

The Red Book is a publication that accompanies the Session Laws that lists all changes made by amendments, additions, and repeals to Colorado Revised Statutes at the preceding legislative session.

Digest of Bills

The Digest consists of summaries of all bills and concurrent resolutions enacted by the General Assembly at the preceding legislative session. The summaries include the dates upon which the Governor acted and the effective dates of the bills. The Digest also includes an alphabetical subject index and several reference tables. The Digest is not a substitute for the text of the bills or for provisions of the Colorado Revised Statutes, but gives the user notice of and summary information on recent changes to the statutes.
