Modifications To Conservation District Grant Fund

The act repeals the provision that repeals the conservation district grant fund (fund) on December 31, 2022. The act also requires, on an annual basis:

• The state treasurer to transfer $148,000 from the general fund to the fund; and
• The department of agriculture to distribute $2,000 from the fund to each conservation district.
