Wine And Spirits Wholesalers Employee Purchase Program

Concerning the authority of a licensed wholesaler to establish an employee purchase program under which its employees may purchase directly from the wholesaler alcohol beverage products sold by that wholesaler.

Bill Summary:

The act authorizes a wholesaler licensed to sell vinous or spirituous liquors to establish a program to allow its employees to purchase directly from the wholesaler vinous or spirituous liquors that the wholesaler sells to licensed retailers.
