Joint Budget Committee. In current law, there is a gray and black market marijuana enforcement grant program (program) that awards law enforcement grants related to marijuana enforcement. The bill prohibits the program from awarding grants in fiscal year 2025-26. The bill repeals the program on June 30, 2026.
