Bill Summary

For purposes of the exemption from licensing requirements under the 'Colorado Liquor Code' for home brewing, the act deletes the terminology 'head of a family' and 'family use' and replaces it with 'adult' and 'personal use', thereby allowing any adult occupant of a residence to brew beer for personal use without obtaining a license.
