Mr. Tobias continued the presentation by reviewing the sunset report on the Office of Consumer Counsel and Utility Consumers' Board. 10:34:57 AM Mr. Tobias responded to questions from the committee. 10:55:35 AM Committee discussion and questions ensued. 10:57:36 AM Senator Winter introduced the public testimony phase. 10:58:34 AM Cindy Schonhaut, Director of the Colorado Office of Consumer Counsel, introduced herself and shared that she will be available for questions. 11:00:01 AM Joseph Pereira, Deputy Director of the Office of Consumer Counsel, introduced himself and shared that he is available for questions. Senator Winter asked Mr. Pereira if he is in support of the recommendations. 11:01:12 AM Leon Tootle, testifying on behalf of himself, testified in support of the recommendations for the introductions of the bill. Mr. Tootle responded to questions from the committee. 11:05:06 AM Bill Levis, volunteer lobbyist for the Office of Consumer Counsel and Association for the Advancement of Retired People, testified in support of the recommendations to introduce the bill.
