John Bottelberghe, Associate Vice President of Administrative Services as the Community College of Aurora (CCA), presented on CCA's supplemental request for the Diesel and Support Services Building. Members received a write-up on the project from CDC staff (Attachment A).

Consideration of Supplemental Request, Auraria Higher Education Center - Committee Discussion Only

Colleen Walker, CEO
of Auraria Higher Education Campus (AHEC), Carl Meese, Director of Campus
Planning, and Anne Feeser-Olesen, Director of Facilities and Project Management,
presented on AHEC's supplemental request for the Campus-wide HVAC Infrastructure
Replacement (Capital Renewal). Ms. Walker also distributed a handout showing
the scope changes to the project (Attachment B). Members also received
a CDC staff write-up on the request (Attachment C).

Council Staff, presented options for the proposed tour of the Governor's
Mansion and the adjacent parking lot. Committee discussion ensued. Mr.
Pogue gave a preview of upcoming meetings and also brought up the topic
of interim travel.
