Mr. Michael Ramirez joined online to discuss the juvenile subcommittees recommendations. Mr. Ramirez discussed previous recommendations that were not passed and what made them different from the bills that did pass. He also recommended legislation related to evaluating juvenile competency, when information exchange is authorized, when and how often re-assessments should occur.
