Update on Advisory Task Force and Subcommittee Activities and Policy Recommendations - Committee Discussion Only

Dr. Dave Iverson,
representing the Advisory Task Force, approached the table to discuss the
committees activities. Mr. Michael Ramirez joined online to discuss the
juvenile subcommittees recommendations. Mr. Ramirez discussed previous
recommendations that were not passed and what made them different from
the bills that did pass. He also recommended legislation related to evaluating
juvenile competency, when information exchange is authorized, when and
how often re-assessments should occur.



Committee members asked questions of Mr. Ramirez.
