Jeanette Chapman,
Legislative Council Staff, introduced herself and explained the purpose
of the Capital Building Advisory Committee (CBAC). April Bernard, Legislative
Council Staff, presented on a requested change to the criteria and procedures
for CBAC regarding the presidential portraits on the third floor of the
Capitol. Ms. Chapman answered questions from the committee. A CBAC
staff handout is included as Attachment A.
