The review and comment memorandum provides the comments of the Legislative Council Staff and Office of Legislative Legal Services and is presented at a public meeting with the designated representatives of the measure.

State law allows proponents or other interested persons to submit fiscal impact estimates for consideration by Legislative Council Staff when preparing the initial fiscal impact for the Title Board. In order to ensure full consideration of these estimates, proponents must submit estimates at least 12 days prior to the Title Board hearing. Other interested persons must submit estimates at least 7 calendar days prior to the Title Board Hearing. Any estimates submitted to Legislative Council Staff are posted here.
