Funding Health Benefits For Legislative Aides

Concerning funding for permanent part-time legislative aides for members of the general assembly to allow aides to be eligible to enroll in state health benefit plans pursuant to a policy adopted by the executive committee of the general assembly.

Bill Summary:



The act amends Senate Bill 21-196, the bill that provides appropriations for the legislative branch for the 2021-22 state fiscal year, to increase the funding for and FTE allocated to the general assembly to allow the general assembly to provide health benefits for legislative aides.
