State-Owned Vacant Buildings

This memorandum provides information about vacant buildings owned by the state of Colorado, as reported by the Office of State Architect (OSA) in December 2016. There are currently 129 state-owned vacant buildings managed by four state departments and four institutions of higher education. Future plans for these buildings vary by agency.

Temporary Guidelines for Review and Comment Meetings

The House will remain in temporary adjournment. The Senate adjourned. The Capitol will be open for the duration of the session for those with essential business related to the session. The building will not be available for public tours. People without essential business are encouraged to access the session through the General Assembly website and Colorado Channel.  Anybody with essential business related to the session will be required to practice appropriate social distancing measures.
