Pursuant to § 24-18-113, C.R.S., there is a board of ethics for the general assembly that consists of four legislative members. Upon written request of a member of the general assembly, the board of ethics issues advisory opinions concerning issues relating to the requesting member's conduct and the provisions of article 18 of title 24, C.R.S., "Standards of Conduct".
