Frequently Asked Questions related to the Budget process, Joint Budget Committee and the budget in general

Pursuant to § 24-18-113, C.R.S., there is a board of ethics for the general assembly that consists of four legislative members. Upon written request of a member of the general assembly, the board of ethics issues advisory opinions concerning issues relating to the requesting member's conduct and the provisions of article 18 of title 24, C.R.S., "Standards of Conduct".

This tabulation indicates all changes made by amendments, additions, and repeals to Colorado Revised Statutes by the Sixty-fourth General Assembly at its First Regular Session in 2003. These changes will appear in the 2003 Colorado Revised Statutes.

This tabulation indicates all changes made by amendments, additions, and repeals to Colorado Revised Statutes by the Sixty-fourth General Assembly at its Second Regular Session in 2004. These changes will appear in the 2004 Colorado Revised Statutes.

This tabulation indicates all changes made by amendments, additions, and repeals to Colorado Revised Statutes by the Sixty-fifth General Assembly at its First Regular Session in 2005.  These changes will appear in the 2005 Colorado Revised Statutes.
