Senators Nordberg and Pabon, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 17-1103, which creates a state sales and use tax exemption for a historic aircraft that is on loan to a museum for public display, whether for demonstration, educational, or museum promotional purposes beginning July 1, 2017.
10:15 AM -- Mr. Bill Klaers, representing the National Museum of World War II Avionics, testified in support of the bill. Mr. Klaers responded to questions from the committee. Representative Nordberg commented on the estimated fiscal impact of the bill.
