The committee was
called to order. A quorum was present. Representative Story, chair, made
some opening remarks about the capital construction prioritization process
and the level of capital need. Representative Story then introduced a working
capital prioritization list, and discussed some changes reflected in this
list from the original Governor's Office of State Planning and Budgeting
prioritization list. She also discussed the process by which the list was
ordered. Discussion ensued regarding the merits of the working list, and
potential changes to the list.
