07:25:09 PM
Representative Frizell
and Representative Brown, co-prime bill sponsors, presented Senate Concurrent
Resolution 24-002, which submits to the registered electors of the state
of Colorado an amendment to the Colorado Constitution concerning the modification
of certain deadlines in connection with specified elections. If approved
by voters at the 2024 election, the resolution changes deadlines for certain

The resolution extends that period to 45 days.
