Representative Snyder, prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 24-145, concerning the enactment of the "Uniform Unlawful Restrictions in Land Records Act."  Representative Snyder explained the effect of the bill and discussed its need. Representative Snyder responded to questions regarding the ability of third parties to bring an action under the bill, and the genesis of the legislation.  Public comment on the bill may be found at Attachment H.
