Senator Gonzales and Bridges, co-prime sponsors, presented Senate Bill 24-182, concerning the requirements to issue an identification document under the "Colorado Road and Community Safety Act" to an individual who is not lawfully present in the United States.  The bill sponsors distributed a fact sheet and another document from the Colorado Fiscal Institute (Attachments C and D).

Committee members asked questions about the identification documents and other purposes for them.
