Update on Potential Statutory Changes - Committee Discussion Only

Representative Lindstedt
provided an overview of the draft bill addressing statutory changes to
C.R.S. 24-82-108, which contains the committee's authority and responsibilities.

Committee continued discussion on a pre-draft bill and determined that Representative Lindstedt and President Fenberg will proceed with bill drafting and introduction with input form committee members.



Visitor Services Update - Committee Discussion Only

the committee that he has been in touch with a member of the public who
indicated they were in possession of original building items and asked
about returning these items to the Capitol.

Services, introduced Virginia Sanchez, author, to the committee.  Ms.
Sanchez is the author of a book that the vistor services office would like
to sell in the gift shop.
