testified. He explained the recommendations laid out in the sunset review
report. Brian Tobias, representing the Department of Regulatory Agencies,
testified. He spoke about the sunset process for the department. Yelana
Love, Office of Legislative Legal Services, explained the sunset review
process to the committee. Members of the panel answered questions from
members of the committee. The sunset report (Attachment A) and the draft
bill (Attachment B) were distributed to the committee.
