introduced House Bill 24-1096. Conditional upon adoption by other states,
the bill enacts the School Psychologists Licensure Interstate Compact to
allow school psychologists in a member state to more easily be licensed
in another state. The sponsors distributed a handout to the committee (Attachment
A) and answered several committee questions.

The bill requires the creation of a resource bank related to the mental health impacts of social media use, and that social media platforms display a pop-up warning to users under 18 who are on the platform for certain lengths of time.
