Senator Buckner and Senator Lundeen, co-sponsors, presented Senate Bill 23-258, which concerns consolidating duties under the authorization process for Colorado educator preparation programs from the Department of Higher Education to the Department of Education. The co-sponsors provided opening remarks. They distributed and explained amendment L.001 (Attachment A) and answered questions from the committee.
