Mr. Meggers described the members of the highway authority and gave a background on the history of the authority, an overview of the facility, and an overview of its milestones. Mr. Costa continued the presentation by describing the Northwest Parkway Concession, traffic statistics, toll revenue, toll rates, oversight, recent improvements, the Marshall Fire Toll Relief Fund, and their sustainability efforts and solar program. Ms. Blynn gave an overview of their presentation, an overview of the sources of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, GHG emissions reduction strategies in Colorado, key updates since 2021, electric vehicle targets, sustainable land use strategies, and indirect source standards. Mr. Lewis presented on key legislative priorities for CCDC and how increased funding could improve key priorities.
