Services Board Coordinator and Barry Martin, reappointee to the Medical
Services Board, approached the table. The Governor's appointment letter
may be found in Attachment A. Mr. Sykes introduced himself and Mr. Martin.
Mr. Martin told the committee about his service on the board and why he
would like to be reappointed.
