3. The CDC supports higher education institutions in seeking outside funding;

4. CDC has no desire to create or implement policies or restrictions on naming facilities or how funding can be raised; and

5. The CDC asserts that the State of Colorado doesn’t invest enough funding in capital and the CDC supports higher education institutions seeking opportunities to bolster funding through fundraising.
