Darla Daniel, co-legislative liaison for the Colorado Bar Association (CBA) Trusts & Estates Section, reported that the section has completed most of its review and revision of the Amendments to the Uniform Probate Code (UPC). The last 20% of the review is more complicated, but the section is hoping to complete it and be able to bring its recommendations back to the commission by November or December, providing the sections and statutory revisions committee approve. The Commission thanked the bar for their continuing work on this project.
