Sens. Fenberg and
Donovan introduced SB 21-249. The bill creates the Keep Colorado
Wild pass, the fee for which will be assessed when a motor vehicle is registered
unless the vehicle owner declines to pay the fee. The pass grants entry
into state parks and other public lands. The bill sponsors answered several
questions.
