the appointment of a resident from a limited gaming locality to the Limited

County. Representative Amabile provided information about Amendment

Representative Gray,
prime sponsor, introduced Senate Bill 21-084 concerning the authority of
local governments to prohibit the operation of motor vehicles upon roughed-in
roads when necessary for the protection of the public. Current law
allows local governments to prohibit trucks and commercial vehicles on
local roads. The bill expands this power to motor vehicles. Roughed-in-roads
are areas where the ground has been cut for a road, but not improved.
