the Regional Transportation District (RTD) of statutory restrictions related
to district operations. The bill removes the cap on the amount of
all vehicular service the district can provide through third parties; expands
the types of entities with which the district can contract; repeals farebox
recovery ratio requirements and the report connected with the requirements;
repeals a limitation on developments that reduce parking; and repeals limitations
on the district's ability to charge fees and manage parking at district
parking facilities.

maintenance. The bill exempts county maintained roads from the requirements
