Jenet, prime sponsor, introduced House Bill 21-1128 concerning the creation
of a special license plate for end-of-life care.  The bill requires
a person to make a donation to a designated non-profit when applying for
the hospice and palliative care license plate and annually.  In addition,
a person must pay two additional one-time fees, along with the normal fees,
to be credited to the Highway Users Tax Fund and the Licensing Services
Cash Fund.

the creation of a support foster families license plate.  To be issued
the license plate, the bill requires a person to make a donation to a designated
nonprofit organization.  In addition to the normal license plate fees,

to the Department of Revenue.  The bill proposes a discreet identifying
