and Van Winkle, co-sponsors, introduced Senate Bill 21-056. The bill requires
schools to treat non-smokable medical marijuana that is legally recommended
by a licensed physician the same as a medication prescribed by a licensed
health care practitioner. The co-sponsors distributed an informational
booklet on the bill (Attachment A).
