prime sponsor, provided information about HB21-1083, concerning the appeal
of modification of property valuation set by the county Board of Equalization.
 When a property owner appeals the valuation of the county board the
State Board of Assessment Appeals may not increase the valuation.  The
bill removes this restriction.

land for the purpose of property tax classification.  The bill changes
the definition of "residential land."  To be considered
residential land, adjacent parcels to current residential land must be

serve the residence.
