Director Barela introduced Lee Wheeler-Berliner, Managing Director of the Colorado Workforce Development Council. Mr. Wheeler-Berliner provided an overview of the 2019 Colorado Talent Pipeline Report. A one-page summary of the report was provided to the committee (Attachment B).
