Representative Hansen and Speaker Becker, co-prime bill sponsors, presented Senate Bill 19-236. The bill continues the Public Utilities Commission in the Department of Regulatory Agencies, which is scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2019.  A copy of the "2018 Sunset Review:  Public Utilities Commission" report was distributed to the committee members (Attachment A).

Stan Dempsey, Colorado Mining Association, testified in opposition to the bill.
